Join me for an evening at Tillingham's beautiful new restaurant for an Easter-time feast, exploring unusual herbs and foraged ingredients from the surrounding landscape to bring alive the best of the UK's seasonal produce, local fish from Rye, andTillingham Farm's home-reared lamb.

 

I am delighted to be collaborating with this biodynamic winery. We share the same beliefs and passion for provenance, sustainability and biodiversity, so it will be great to come together at this event.

 

You will be welcomed with a glass of Tillingham traditional method sparkling and a nibble, introducing you to the theme of the evening. This will be followed by a 4-course set menu (vegetarian options available) with a glass of Tillingham wine paired to each course, allowing you to get a real taste for their exquisite wines*.  Menu to be released very soon.
