EVERYDAY SOURDOUGH

Want to give sourdough baking a go? This recipe contains all the info you need to make a start! With options given for the flour you use, you can vary the ingredients in this loaf to your own personal taste.

SEAWEED FOCACCIA

The sourdough version of this Italian flat bread is light but retains a characteristic chew, and is unbelievably moist due to its enrichment with LOTS of good oil. You can play around with toppings - my favourite is seaweed and rosemary.

CINNAMON & NUT BUNS

In need of a sweet-doughy-treat? These buns are definitely indulgent but you can feel slightly more virtuous eating them in knowing they are homemade and contain the benefits of the sourdough slow ferment.

BEETROOT & SAUERKRAUT LOAF

This bread really has the wow factor! Beetroot puree is used instead of water, which gives the loaf an awesome pink-purple colour. Including sauerkraut makes the loaf high in fibre and vitamin C.
